Blogs are so 2000s! If you were in your 20s in the decade of 2000, then you probably read and owned a blogger account. Using this platform again feels very retro.

2025 is here. While I am not making any resolutions, I will be doing a lot of self-work and development and focusing on setting good, consistent habits.

Habits I am going to be building this year:

1.  The Daily Stoic.  Each day I will read a page and journal my thoughts.

2.  Meditation. 10 minutes per day.

3.  Hit my water goal.  2ltr per day.

4. Complete Sarah Rusbatch’s 30-day alcohol-free challenge in January.

5. Weights sessions 3-5 times per week.

6. Weekly food prep.


The Daily Stoic - This month is all about CLARITY and the heading for the 01st is Control and Choice.

Identify and separate matters that are external and not under my control with internal choices that I can control.

I have some health issues, Hashimoto's and Afib which I can not control, however, there are certain things I can control to assist with minimising the effects of these conditions and allow myself a healthier body to live in for however long I am on this planet.

With my Hashimoto's disease, I can ensure I take my medication daily as required and be consistent with my blood tests.

With my Afib conditions, I can reduce my weight, and stress levels and give up alcohol.
